Microplastics are no longer just an environmental issue – they’re inside us. When a major new documentary ‘The Plastic Detox’ set out to expose the hidden health crisis caused by toxic chemicals in plastics, we were brought in to build the campaign brand, messaging, film title animation and website to help turn viewers into action-takers.

The challenge

For decades, the plastics crisis has been framed as a pollution problem. Something happening out there – in the oceans, in landfill, in the environment. But the science has shifted. Dramatically.

Microplastics and the toxic chemicals they carry are now found in human blood, breastmilk, placentas, and even embryos. They’re being linked to rising infertility, hormonal disruption, early puberty, metabolic conditions and certain cancers. This isn’t just an environmental emergency anymore. It’s a human health crisis, and it couldn’t be more personal.

The challenge was to build a campaign that matched the urgency of that reality. One that didn’t flinch from the truth, but also didn’t leave people paralysed by it.

The idea

Our Bodies: No Place For Plastics.

The campaign needed to land hard and fast. People needed to feel it in their gut, and then immediately know what they could do about it. So we built a visual identity and messaging system with two distinct but connected personalities.

The campaign itself is confrontational by design. Bold, unapologetic, all-caps type. A monochrome black-and-white palette sliced through with a toxic green representing the forever chemicals and microplastics silently accumulating inside us. Photography is raw and desaturated, or images with microplastics rendered in that toxic green, making the invisible feel viscerally real. Nothing is softened.

Particles run throughout the entire visual language, a constant reminder that these things are everywhere, surrounding us, inescapable.

That same thinking drove the film title animation. Plastic-textured letterforms slowly disintegrate into a toxic, drifting cloud. It sets the tone from the first frame.

The campaign’s call to action ‘Unplastic Your Life’ flips the script. After the gut punch, it hands people something they can actually do.

Which is where the website comes in. Deliberately different in tone. Positive, clean, solutions-first. A resource hub designed to answer the question every viewer will have when the credits roll: what do I do now? Easy navigation, clear actions, a warmer palette, subtle animation and pixelated transitions that carry just enough of the campaign’s energy without the confrontation.

The outcome

The ‘Unplastic Your Life’ campaign launched alongside ‘The Plastic Detox’ documentary, giving viewers and the broader coalition of 100+ partner organisations, a unified visual and verbal identity to rally around. From individual swaps people can make at home, to pushing for systemic change, the campaign provides both the urgency and the roadmap.

We’ve partnered with Blue Marine Foundation since 2017, and this new website is the result of that long-standing collaboration, a true labour of love. Rooted in a deep UX strategy, the site is bold, modern and user-first, bringing together over 50 projects, immersive media and powerful storytelling. It finally gives BLUE the digital home their mission to protect the ocean deserves.

The Challenge
Blue Marine Foundation (BLUE) is one of the world’s leading ocean charities, running more than 50 projects across eight strategic units. We’d first built their website back in 2017, but as the organisation grew, the site struggled to keep up. It didn’t reflect the scale of their ambition, the impact of their work, or the innovation behind their campaigns. BLUE needed a modern, solution-led platform that could tell their story clearly, inspire action, and bring together a vast and complex mix of projects, news, films and data in one place.

The Idea
We kicked off with an in-depth UX strategy process, mapping audiences, journeys and content needs to make sure the site worked as well for funders and partners as it did for the public. From there, we designed a bold but unobtrusive visual style – letting films, photography and infographics take centre stage while keeping navigation simple and intuitive. We restructured content around BLUE’s mission pillars, ensuring projects, campaigns and news could link seamlessly together. And we created space for new features including science and education hubs, an interactive project map, and showcases for immersive XR experiences.

The Outcome
The result is a bold, modern website that does justice to BLUE’s extraordinary work. It’s clear, engaging and easy to navigate, giving every visitor, whether a school student, policymaker, or philanthropist, a reason to explore further and get involved. For BLUE, it’s become a central hub for campaigns, partnerships and resources; for us, it’s a project we’re incredibly proud of, built on years of collaboration and a genuine passion for protecting the ocean.

To coincide with landmark Global Plastics Treaty negotiations taking place at INC-5, Jory&Co have launched a shocking campaign exposing the influence of fossil fuel industry on negotiations and calling for cap on plastic production.

Plastic is the oil and gas industry’s Plan B. It currently represents 12% of the world’s oil demand and 8.5% of gas demand. Plastic production is responsible for 5.3% of global greenhouse gas emissions. A figure that is set to double by 2050, unless production is capped. Meanwhile, globally just 9% of plastic is recycled. To tackle climate change, protect our health and prevent pollution, we need to cap production now.

The campaign is running across OOH and DOOH in locations across Busan and Seoul, South Korea, as well as in print, on newspaper wrappers, and across social and digital channels. Advertising drives to a rich and dynamic website that gives politicians, journalists, negotiators, activists and the general public the facts they need to understand, communicate and take action on the link between plastics, oil and emissions.

Founded in 2019 by a small group of volunteer lawyers, Lawyers for Climate Action NZ has grown into a nationwide organisation with over 400 members and a dedicated legal team. As the impacts of climate change intensified — and New Zealand’s climate response continued to stall — the organisation recognised the need to strengthen how it communicates its work, voice and impact. Jory&Co partnered with Lawyers for Climate Action NZ to refresh the brand and build a clear, confident platform and toolkit that could support their growing influence and advocacy.

The challenge

While the organisation’s legal work and credibility were strong, its brand and digital presence no longer reflected its scale, ambition or authority. Messaging was fragmented, visual tools were limited, and the website and social channels struggled to clearly explain complex legal issues in an distinctive and consistent way. The challenge was to evolve the brand without losing trust and to create a system that could support campaigning, membership growth and public engagement.

The solution

We delivered a full brand refresh, including brand strategy, visual identity, tone of voice and detailed brand guidelines. The new identity brings together three core ideas:

A shared responsibility to act on climate change through the law, expressed through a distinctive thumbprint mark.
Curved forms inspired by weather systems and isobars, reflecting scientific urgency and pressure.
Aotearoa New Zealand revealed in negative space, grounding the work in place and purpose.

The visual system pairs a bold black-and-white base with urgent orange and warm greys, supported by confident, authoritative typography. Alongside this, we developed clear messaging, a social media strategy, flexible templates and motion assets to help the team communicate consistently across channels.

We also designed and built a new website that makes complex legal advocacy easier to understand, while giving the organisation a strong, credible public voice.

The result

Lawyers for Climate Action NZ now has a clear, distinctive and authoritative brand that reflects its role as a leading legal voice on climate action. Orchestral is an AI-first healthcare data company building the world’s largest healthcare-specific datasets. Their platform turns fragmented clinical data into real-time insights that improve outcomes at both a personal and population level. They asked us to create a brand that finally matched the scale of their ambition — confident, human, and rooted in the power of AI.

The Challenge

AI is transforming the world, but healthcare is at risk of being left behind. Without access to rich, healthcare-specific data, AI can’t solve the problems that matter most. Orchestral was closing that gap, but their existing brand didn’t communicate the importance of what they’d built. It felt too generic, too safe, and didn’t reflect their pioneering role in AI-driven healthcare. They needed a sharper story, a distinctive identity, and a website that could explain complex science in a simple, engaging way.

The Idea

Inspired by the real nature of healthcare data (fragmented and untidy) the brand shows information being brought into harmony, visually expressing the Orchestral name in a modern, digital way.

A modular, geometric circular system that shows information connecting and forming meaning, paired with fluid motion to help guide navigation and storytelling. Bold vibrant greens with energetic accents sets them apart from the sea of clinical blues in health-tech, supported by clean, confident typography to reinforce trust and clarity.

We redesigned their website around a human-first experience, simplifying complex ideas through benefit-led messaging, clear product explainers and visuals that highlight the impact of AI-ready data. The brief

The DHD Foundation came to us at a pivotal point. With a growing network of partners and an expanding footprint across the UK and Sri Lanka, they needed a brand and website that better reflected who they are and where they’re headed.

Founded by Daisy Honeybunn and Pravin Mukhi, the Foundation funds and supports charitable organisations making a long-term difference — particularly in the fields of education, conservation and environmental protection. Their approach is grounded in equity, collaboration and impact. But their existing brand and website weren’t doing justice to the powerful work they were enabling.

Our brief? Create a contemporary new identity and digital presence that clearly communicates their purpose, showcases their partnerships, and helps them tell their story with confidence.

The idea

At the heart of the new brand is a simple but powerful creative idea: Shaping futures. Whether it’s helping a child access education or protecting precious biodiversity, everything the DHD Foundation does is about creating the conditions for people and the planet to thrive. We brought this idea to life through a bold new identity — one that balances warmth and clarity with a sense of energy and ambition.

The brand

The brand system centres around a striking black and vibrant yellow palette — confident, contemporary and full of intent. Paired with clean, modern type and an elegant line-based logo that nods to connection and direction, it’s a look that feels as at home in the environmental space as it does in education.

Stunning, human-centred photography brings a strong emotional connection, while a flexible grid system and simplified messaging help unify the Foundation’s wide-ranging work under one cohesive voice.

The logo is inspired by the Vesica Piscis, a geometric shape formed by the overlap of two circles. Traditionally a symbol of unity, potential and transformation, the perfect fit for a foundation focused on partnership and long-term impact. It also subtly echoes the idea of paths crossing and new futures being formed.

The website

The new website is more than a digital brochure, it’s a window into the world the Foundation is helping to shape. Built on WordPress, it’s fully responsive, easy to manage, and future-ready. The content structure gives space for storytelling, impact reporting, and the opportunity to showcase the Foundation’s growing list of partners. It also invites new potential collaborators to get in touch and learn more. We kept the user experience clean and intuitive, letting the content shine and guiding visitors through the Foundation’s vision, values and the difference they’re making.

The outcome

The new identity has helped the Foundation move forward with confidence. It’s modern, distinctive and built around a clear narrative giving Daisy, Pravin and the team a stronger platform to build partnerships, share their impact, and shape more futures together.

In 2022 profits for the five oil majors soared to nearly $200 billion. In the same year, global CO2 emissions from fossil fuels hit a record high. The global energy crisis has pushed millions into poverty, and climate-related disasters are devastating the world’s poorest communities. Meanwhile, oil major CEOs received historic annual bonuses – some jumping as much as 50% year on year. Over the last decade, the CEOs of Chevron & Exxon have been paid half a billion dollars. Instead of investing profits in the transition to clean energy, oil majors continue their destructive investment in fossil fuels.

Countries who’ve done the least to cause the climate crisis are affected most by its impacts. Sea levels rising, sustained heatwaves, increasingly severe bushfires, drought, hurricanes, floods and species extinction. As global heating increases, the negative impacts of climate change will increase in frequency and severity.

Our client ‘Energy Profits’, a group of international investigative journalists and researchers, wants to instigate and drive a conversation around the need for money to be channelled, either via taxation or obligatory donations, from the largest and most profitable global oil and gas companies. Taxing their record-breaking profits is the just solution to financing the Loss and Damage Fund.

To help meet this goal, we were asked to create a distinctive brand, website, infographics, video, and social assets to be used and referenced by the national media and partner climate organisations. It would allow these third parties to raise awareness of the message, put the heat on the oil majors and, crucially, provide the necessary facts and data to substantiate and drive the conversation.

As a result, we created the ‘Energy Profits’ brand and website. A hard-hitting and visually compelling site that brings to life the uncomfortable and shocking statistics, highlighting just how much oil companies and their CEOs are profiting at the expense of the planet.

The key to the concept was bold data visualisation of the shocking statistics, using motion and animation to bring them to life and make them easy to digest. This translates across the entire brand including the logomark, with the ‘E’ icon representing growth in terms of profit, remuneration, emissions, and damage. The colour palette uses a combination of harsh black and white combined with the red, orange, and yellow hues to symbolise the planet heating up and the increasingly growing climate destruction. Combined with clean type and powerful photography, it makes for uncomfortable reading that’s hard to ignore.

Everland helps people prosper by protecting forests and wildlife. Their work supports climate change mitigation while improving livelihoods in places where conservation really matters. With active projects across Cambodia, Colombia and Madagascar, Everland needed a digital platform that could clearly communicate complex, technical project data without losing the human story behind the work.

We partnered with Everland to design and build a new public website alongside a bespoke project portal, giving partners, investors and stakeholders easy access to the information they rely on, while showcasing the scale and credibility of Everland’s impact.

The problem

Everland’s work is detailed, data-heavy and technically complex by nature. Each project involves layers of environmental data, documentation, mapping and reporting, all of which needs to be accurate, transparent and up to date.

The challenge was twofold:

• Externally, the existing website didn’t fully reflect the scale, quality or ambition of Everland’s work. Complex information was hard to digest, and the story of impact risked being lost in the detail.
• Internally, managing and updating project information was time-consuming and inefficient. As Everland’s portfolio grew, so did the need for a system that was flexible, structured and future-proof.

Everland needed a solution that could handle serious complexity, without overwhelming users or creating extra work for their team.

The solution

We designed and built a new website and custom project portal that balance clarity, credibility and ease of use.

On the main website, we focused on storytelling and immersion. Stunning photography, interactive maps and scroll-based data visualisations bring Everland’s projects to life, helping users understand where the work happens and why it matters.

On the project portal, the focus shifted to structure, usability and depth. We worked closely with the Everland team to map out exactly what different users need to see, when, and in what level of detail. The result is a carefully considered UX that distils large amounts of technical information into clear, navigable content.

Today, they support 30+ hospitals and more than 5,000 beds globally, giving frontline teams the information they need, when they need it. Their divestment from Orion Health in 2025 created the perfect moment to refresh the brand, reclaim the Amalga name and set a bold new direction for the company.

The Challenge

Amalga’s technology is powerful, shaped by real-world needs across Australasia and South East Asia but their old “Hospitals” branding didn’t reflect that innovation or the scale of their impact. It lacked distinction in a crowded health-tech market and didn’t communicate their biggest strength: the ability to break down data silos and support faster, safer care at the frontline. They needed a confident new brand built around connection and agility. A name that reflected the product’s legacy and future. A website that simplified a complex Hospital Information System. Clear messaging showing the direct impact on staff, patients and operations.

The Idea

No two hospitals are the same so Amalga gives them the flexibility to build the system they actually need. Whether modular or full-stack, everything works together to speed up care and reduce admin. We led the strategic renaming back to Amalga, restoring a name with deep roots in healthcare data innovation, while signalling a future driven by integration and speed. From there, we designed a bold identity around movement and connection, blending high-contrast typography with a confident, modern colour palette that stands apart in healthcare. We restructured the website from the ground up: clearer paths through complex information, product explainers that show how each module works together, and benefit-led messaging rooted in real outcomes – faster decisions, fewer delays, better care. A full set of launch assets and brand guidelines gave the Amalga team the tools to grow consistently across markets.
