Two more Webby Award nominations for Jory&Co

We don’t do what we do to win awards… but we’re not going to lie, it’s a nice bonus! And having received two Webby Awards for the Energy Profits website in 2024, we’re over the moon to be nominated for two more Webbys this year!

Cap Plastic Now
The website we created for Cap Plastic Now is a Nominee in the ‘Activism’ category. It’s full of powerful and confronting imagery, engaging data visualisation, punchy messaging and a raw colour palette to get the urgency of the plastics crisis across.

Cavex
Our work for Carbon Value Exchange is up for best ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ website. Based around the core message that climate finance with innovation + integrity + inclusion = impact, a combination of emotive photography and footage with powerful data visualisation and motion brings the Cavex story to life.

Blue Forest
Another of our creations – the Blue Forest website – has been named Honoree in the Best ‘Charitable Organizations/Non-Profit’ website category. It articulates the urgency of the conservation finance organisation’s mission to restore and protect our forests, watersheds, ecosystems and communities.

Now in their 29th year, the Webbys are described as “the Internet’s highest honor” by The New York Times. While The Webby Award in each category is chosen by the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences, The Webby People’s Voice Award is voted on by the public. We’re in esteemed company, with Google, NASA, Apple and many world-renowned design agencies nominated for the awards.

Ben, our Founder and Creative Director, comments “We’re delighted to be finalists in the Webbys for the second year running! I’m so proud of our team and it’s brilliant to be recognised for our work with organisations that are helping to tackle the climate crisis and change the world.”

“Nominees like Jory&Co are setting the standard for innovation and creativity on the Internet,” adds Nick Borenstein, General Manager of The Webby Awards. “It is an incredible achievement to be selected among the best from the nearly 13,000 entries we received this year.”
