Jory&Co wins brief to rebrand non-profit helping businesses reach net zero

The UN’s target of reaching net zero by 2050 is essential to ensure the Earth is liveable, for humans and wildlife, now and in the future. To get there, we’ve all got to reduce our carbon footprints – and especially businesses.

So, we’re extremely excited to share we’ve won the brief to rebrand the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) – one of the organisations leading the way when it comes to helping businesses engage with climate action. As part of the rebrand, we’ll also be redesigning IETA’s website, helping this visionary non-profit increase its impact on and offline.

Through progressive initiatives, IETA empowers businesses to employ best practice for reducing carbon output. For unavoidable emissions, it also educates businesses on innovative carbon offsetting solutions.

We’ve got a lot of experience in the carbon sector, having also rebranded and designed the websites of IETA’s sister organisations Climate Action Data Trust (CAD Trust) and International Carbon Reduction and Offsetting Accreditation (ICROA). CAD Trust is a pioneering organisation helping create fairer, more transparent carbon markets. ICROA sets the standards for carbon management, helping businesses meet emissions targets – and get there faster.

Dirk Forrister, IETA President and CEO says, “Countries and companies need to take swift and drastic action to meet their net zero targets. Our rebrand will enhance IETA as a leading voice of business on ambitious market-based climate change solutions.

“We needed a design agency that understands our role as a trusted adviser to governments and that knows how to connect visually with our key audiences. Jory&Co is the perfect partner for us.”

We’re obviously very excited too; this work provides us huge scope to make a huge and lasting impact with our design. We’re looking forward to helping IETA shape its future and empower more businesses to achieve net zero.
