1. I’m not seeing the latest updates on the website. What should I do?
Your browser may be showing an older stored version of the site, known as cache. Clearing the cache forces your browser to load the most recent version.

- Chrome: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Browsing Data → Select Cached images and files → Clear.
- Firefox: Menu → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies & Site Data → Clear Data → Select Cached Web Content.
- Safari (Mac): Safari → Settings → Advanced → Enable Develop menu → Develop → Empty Caches.
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, Search, and Services → Clear browsing data → Select Cached images and files.
Hard Refresh Shortcut:
- Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Command + Shift + R
How to clear cache in WordPress:
If your website runs on WordPress and uses WP Fastest Cache, clearing the plugin cache can help you see the latest changes.
How to clear the WP Fastest Cache:
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, click WP Fastest Cache.
- Select the Clear Cache tab.
- Click Clear all cache to clear the stored files.
- For deeper cleanup, click Delete Cache and Minified CSS/JS.

- After making updates to pages or posts.
- After publishing new content that doesn’t appear right away.
Clearing the cache ensures your visitors and you see the most updated version of your site.

9. I’m having trouble accessing the site because of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). What should I do?
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security, but sometimes issues can occur. Try the following steps:
If you didn’t receive your 2FA code:
- Check that your phone has signal or internet access.
- Make sure notifications are enabled for your authenticator/SMS app.
- If using an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.), ensure the app is installed and updated.
- If using SMS, check for carrier delays or try requesting a new code.
If your authenticator app codes aren’t working:
- Ensure your device’s time and date are set to Automatic. Incorrect time settings can cause codes to fail.
- Try restarting your device.
- If you recently changed phones, make sure your authenticator app was transferred properly.
If you lost access to your 2FA device:
- Use backup codes if you saved them during setup.
- If you don’t have backup codes, get in touch with us to verify your login account and regain access.
